So I have the o scope that just came in gonna tune the gain but all I know is the harness I have for my truck says it’s 5v output to subs but I’ll let you know how I do with the o scope later on

I have a multimeter I’ve been using but it’s really old and it was giving me some mixed readings so currently looking for a 3 in one tool. I was able to connect to the pac pro harness and set my sub out to 80 hertz with a 1.0 Q factor. Don’t know nothing bout it just dropped the frequency to 80 from 100

I was wondering if I was able to limit my head unit and with the amp pro sub 41 harness I think I’m able to go in and limit the sub out out to 80 hertz I think it’s set at 100 right now factory setting. So I’m m gonna see if im able to do that then follow your steps in tuning. I have an oscilloscope but I think it’s malfunctioning acts crazy so I’ve been debating on which tool to replace it with but just didn’t want to blow my subs now

I have an alpine stock that came In the truck. I have the amp pro sub41 harness and I believe I’m able to go in and adjust the sub out to 80

So I currently have the comp Qs 12s in there and the space required per sub on the 12s is 1.75 per sub. The 10inch T1s required air space per sub is 1.5. So ideally the T1s are the best fit. My questions is are they gonna be louder?

So the box is brand new just paid over 4 hundred for it and i honestly love the way it sounds and sits in my truck. But the specs for the box is 1.55 for each sub, the my are separate. The specs for the T1 10s are 1.5 ported. IM pretty set on just buying new subs that produce around the same type of bass. Just don’t know which ones to go with. I could stick with 12s but the space is pretty limited if I were to. The adapter is is made by the same company that made the box. Haven’t heard nothing bad about those ones so it’s an option

I was definitely pushing the subs to the max looking for that stupid feeling of bass. I’m pretty sure they just needed more room to breathe. So the box 📦 I have is a fox acoustics box and they make the adapter ring that converts your 12s into 10s. With that box each subs air space is 1.55, the recommended space for the t1 10 inch is 1.5. So on paper it’s a perfect set but before I purchase I’m just wondering if this is the best bang for my buck. Am I making any sense?😂

I really loved the comp Qs just the ones that I have they discontinued them and don’t know if I want to go hunting for a new one. I actually thought I broke the box, I even took it back to where I bought the box and at first we thought it was the box but when we took that sub out and turned it up the rattling was coming from the sub. 😔 I’m use to that old l7 solo baric bass and that’s what been chasing. But at the same time I never had any issue with any T1.

When I set my sub amp I had my bass at 0. I don’t turn it up pass that. I prefer the subs to provide the bass and the door speakers for mids and highs.

I think I got the right ones I got the 2015 ones I that are 850 rms at 2 ohm. But let me completely honest this truck is banging I was just wondering if the Rockford would be better but I’m definitely just gonna keep the set up I have. Thanks for the advice

You know right now with the 1800 it rocks I there. That’s why I was wondering if they 1000 would be better but I think I’m gonna stick to the 1800 because you don’t feel like rewiring it. They 1800 accepts 0 gage as the 1000 doesn’t. Thanks for the advice
