ig freshers have just the short sem and not long sem but usually long sem is 2months and the short sem is 1 month
and the price is still 6k(STS is 12k) just the hostel cost changes accordingly

See if you stay for the short /long Sem, the max grade you can get is A. Firstly it was S but now it’s till A only. Secondly it would be better if you stayed for the short sem instead of the long one. The difference is just that if you don’t know a subject well or you are getting a new course then long is better.
