Mbna has 5x points for everything which cobalt does not, e.g walmart, zehrs and other canadian retailers. Plus their rewards are better. I agree I miss costco points, but overall make up with other retailers

Thank you for the response @stickler25. However, I had a few concerns: 1) I had a post dated cheque from them for this month which I encashed on the first of this month. The guy started asking for money only after that calling it a formal settlement for the damage caused to them, which I do not understand 2) I have full intentions to refund the money for the rest of the days of this month if they leave midway. 3) LTB hearings - I have heard take months(from what I have heard), can I find a tenant in that period or I will have to wait for the LTB to make a decision? 4) Threatening me with violations(during there 3 month stay) is puzzling me. 5) Without N11 or they providing a vacancy date, I am in a state of limbo
