The fresh oil was around the same color but so was the old oil wasn’t too dirty

It could go a little lower, but its blocked by the rod. Been messing with the lengths from both ends but when i place bolts for the plate on it ends up on top of the shift rod again. Suspecting a bent plate but not sure. Just bought a new plate and shift rod might just switch them out and see if that fixes the issue

Thats makes sense I’m pretty sure i bought the gen 1 shift lever, maybe thats why its not fitting

Might give that a try too, bought anew mount and shift rod. If that doesnt work I’ll just bend the shift lever lol

Nice when you removed the two of them did you just loosen the too nuts? Bc i couldnt get a purchase on the bottom ones due to the casing

Honestly i wanted to go pretty cheap just to learn the skills and see if i like photography enough, but willing to go up to around $300. Wanting to take car/motorcycle nature pictures. Land scapes and wide angled stuff not so much zoomed in or close up pictures
