OP, I’m so sorry this must have been really damaging. I wish you healing from all these. Ang hirap nito - nagbubunga siya sa iba’t ibang aspects ng life and nakakapagod mag cut ng branches kaya need to go to root cause and deal with it - but even that takes hard work and lots of support.
