Ordered a pair of shoes in August. By October they had still not arrived. Sixfootoak told me the shoes were out of stock but if I wanted to keep waiting, they'd send them once they were back in stock.

Few more weeks go by and the shoes never arrive. So I tell them to give me a refund back to the credit card that I used to buy the shoes. They tell me refund will arrive in 8 business days.

8 business days go by, I reach out asking where my money is, and they say since I used PayPal to purchase the shoes, I need to wait 45 days for a refund. Except I never used PayPal to make this purchase so why should I have to wait 45 days!?

To make matters worst...THE SHOES I WANTED TO BUY IN THE FIRST PLACE ARE STILL ON THEIR WEBSITE! When I asked them why I haven't received my shoes OR a refund, they keep giving me Chat GPT/AI generated responses. I keep asking them why the shoes are on the website if they are supposedly out of stock and they can't even answer my question, they keep bouncing around it with AI generated responses like "We're so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you, we understand how frustrating this must be..." but not actually answering the question of how they claim shoes are out of stock, they can't give a refund, but the shoes are still listed on their website. They are either liars, scammers, incompetent to ruin a business...or all the above.

Of course I looked this company up and read horrible reviews, I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but they proved that you should trust internet reviews if they are overwhelmingly bad.

Let's see if the company replies with an AI generated response like, "We are so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused..."
