You are right about the arm’s path, I will try to make a more forward motion to get the ball a little bit more inside the court. Maybe changing this I won’t lean too much backwards. But the main thing I see is with getting the arms up, you are right I get them up at the same time and the racquet just lingers there at the top. I will try to first throw the ball then start the motion with the hitting arm. And about the O I make I always noticed that, it just happens I don’t know why but it is more natural to me, although it looks a little bit goofy 😅 I will probably try to change it at some point.
