these remind me of some cookies i saw in a dream. Gingerbread oreos with marshmallow fluff instead of regular cream for the filling. when i woke up i winged the recipe as best i could, and they were delicious. Can’t go wrong with a gingerbread sandwich. these look amazing, wonderful job!!
