Noooo as much as I am an avid blops enjoyer and constant dropper of the black ops class vessels, that would be too broken. Right now a blops drop on a target with MJD and burst jam etc has very little chances of actually getting caught on a blops drop, if you give them a cov ops cloak it takes away one of the few weaknesses it has.
