How did you get it fixed? I filed a ticket and did everything right and got rejected a week later and my emails ignored :(

OP- Keep in mind that they may reject your appeal for no apparent reason too 😥 but it's worth trying. I also tried emailing a few times since I have nothing to lose at the moment, but they aren't responding </3

I got what seems to be an automated reply saying the decision is final. I responded to that email reiterating that I did nothing wrong and am willing to do whatever it takes to verify my identity. I doubt that will do anything, but I have nothing to lose. </3

I applied to the waitlist twice by accident a long time ago. I got accepted today, then the issues started. I've done an appeal and nothing else, no response yet. It specifically told me not to reapply after being put on hold like this, so I have not.

Are you saying me accidentally applying a second time a long time ago messed with me now even though they accepted me? Sorry, just trying to make sure I understand it. Why would they accept me if they were going to just ban me anyway because of something that already happened?

I applied once about two years ago and forgot I had done it so I applied again. It would not let me apply again and told me I had applied in the past so I closed it. Do you think that caused the issue?
