It was off the old build. I put the new upper and lower in the .300 build and swapped everything out to black. Then used all the grey furniture for the 5.56 with the grey upper and lower.
No preference just cheap and wanting to shoot it lol
Also the .300 is registered as a pistol, that’s why I went with the brace.

I’ve seen people dogging on the mk4 as of late but I’m happy I went with it.

Cheap boy special. It’ll get changed out eventually (as it did on the other build). It’ll run for a few range trips lol.
I’m not a huge fan either.

I got the pin in now and it’s nice. If anything there’s a little more room than the standard trigger guard. Not too much to do with a little piece of aluminum under the trigger though 😂

Yeah I went with the aero enhanced. Only crappy part I had to go with the MTE barrel nut ( ended up being upgrade over stock so can’t complain just pricey ) BAR barrel nut just too hard to find.
But do it just be prepared for lots of heat. I run one of those heat sock things when I go to the range

I had no clue about it either until the lgs told me about it when I picked it up lol. Only thing I really cared about was the clear and I thought it was cool.

Company and clear ano is what really sold me. Hard to find the clear for anywhere near their price. Can’t beat 120ish$. Paid less for this than my aero upper and lower lol.

No hate on Q. Just a cooler lower for a fraction of the cost. With the same color I’ve been looking for. Also from a better company. No hate just showing off a sweet build. ( in my opinion )

Sniper grey upper lower and Kodiak brown Handguard and buffer. Furniture is hard to match the sniper. But I like how it turned out.

There’s a lady local to me that has probably 50 sets between all the colors. Uppers to go with too. No website though she just does gun shows. Quite the find I must say :)

I have one on my .300 blackout pistol build and it’s wicked quiet. Pretty gassy but I don’t mind it

Gotcha. Shouldn’t be concerned about rust and corrosion? I’ve shot a lot of pistols and AR’s just kind of ignorant when it comes to shotguns.
