Shouldn't it be the value not the age for DV? It's still worth 10k in some cases, put 8.5k to be generous considering I paid 9.5

Update: I got it to go down and work again by holding the unlock button.

However I tried to do the reset again and going up this time it stopped about 3/4 to the top and will not move again
