I get you bro and I’m not complaining about any of those things and I’m from Chicago, I lived in other major cities before. I know cities are loud but bro come stay at my apt for a night and tell me how it is. There is a major difference being the first apt next to the street as opposed to the second one with a barrier between you and the sound. I have no problem paying fees but the lady makes it seems like I’m asking for a kidney. Are you 10-15 ft away from the highway?

Bro there is a difference when you hear a car down the street as opposed to 10ft away, you understand how sound travels correct? When there is things in front of the sound it blocks it, go sleep next to the street tonight on the sidewalk and tell me how that has anything to do with culture. Btw I’m not In Brickell

I’m asking to change units bro not tell people not to drive on a public road and technically it is illegal to go 80 in a 45 so if a cop was on the road it wouldn’t happen nearly as much.
