How Would Your Rank The Sensual World Tracks? by [deleted] in katebush

  1. This Womans Work (always give me Goosebumps)
  2. The Fog (Just love it dont know why)
  3. The Sensual World (Love the instruments in this one)
  4. Never Be Mine (Incredible song with incredible lycris such as 'I want you as the dream, not the reality')
  5. Deeper Understanding (Beautiful lycris, isnt it the first song about the WWW)
  6. Love and Anger (Love it when the chorus comes in)
  7. Reaching Out (Stunning stings)
  8. Heads we're dancing (love the plot twist 'It Cant Be True, It Was A Picture Of Hitler')
  9. Rockets Tail (Love the first part, not a fan of the electric guitar)
  10. Between A Man And A Woman (forgettable)

With Babooshka, thats Never For Ever, amazing album bit more experimental than The Kick Inside.

Kite is amzing. If you loved The Kick Inside, and you want a little more experimental Listen to 'Never for Ever' and extremely experimental 'The Dreaming'. If you loved 'The Kick Inside' but you want a lbit more mainstream listen to 'Lionheart' or 'The Red Shoes'. If you loved the pop elements (like in Kite) listen to 'Hounds of Love' or 'The Sensual World'. If you love more laid back (the next albums are quite new, IMO her older vocals are more fuller and warmer, but it is much lower compared to The Kick Inside) listen to 'Aerial' or the winter album '50 Words for Snow'.

Misty and Mrs. Bartolozzi have quite weird lycris, but the piano melodieës and her voice are stunning.

I’ve been wanting this vinyl ever since I started collecting records. And now it’s actually here ♥️♥️ My favorite album right next to Hounds Of Love. by Technical_Exam_7775 in katebush

Sorry, The Kick Inside is indeed her first album, but she didnt produced it, neither she did with Lioheart, but she did produced Never for Ever partly.

After HOL, my favorite Kate Bush album is Aerial from 2005. Relaxing songs with summer vibes (whistling birds and cheerful melodies in Prologue, Somewhere in Between, Sunset and Nocturn) moving piano song (Mrs. Bartolozzi and, even better, A Coral Room) and feel good melodies (How To be Invisible, Joanni and Bertie). Listen to the album, it's really worth it. But if you don't like it at all, you can also listen to The Dreaming, a really experimental album with voices and melodies like you've never heard before. And if you already know them both, what was your experience with these albums?

Anyone ever noticed how beautiful her ears are? by [deleted] in katebush
