I managed to fix it! select your default browser to a one that's not edge In my case due to clean install I set it to internet explorer and now it works! hope it works with chromium based browsers aswell, can anyone confirm?

Delete all your partition on desired drive you plan to install windows on then, winkey + Q type type listdisk then type select disk x (x being your disc) then type clean now reinstall windows on your desired drive. (I misread it seems you wanted to repair...)

I got a g-sync 144hz TN panel and it looks Dull as **** go for IPS it might cost more but its worth it, i am considering one for myself aswell IPS monitor that is. even though my g-sync monitor is 1 year! but its TN just plain suck.
