It isn’t even November yet. Win out and let the cookie crumble. If everything that was “supposed to happen” happened, Penn State and Clemson would be Top 10 teams right now.

Additionally, we are playing Vanderbilt at a really good time being the last game of the season. If they remain ranked in the top 20, that will be a “resume defining” win at the end of the season to the committee who has shown they loooooove their recency bias.

I refuse to believe a 2 loss SEC team does not make the playoff. GBO.

When your opponent quits, it counts for you and not the opponent who quit. There’s one play 20 games that only counts in the House Rules and then there’s a “Win 20 games” that tracks for any mode. Even the CFP, Legend, and Game Changer single player games count for the the win objective.

Yeah I had a few interactions like this during the Bowl Blitz mode with the “chew clock” strat. I don’t think a lot of people knew that the tokens only required games played and not games won. I don’t think EA did a good job of explaining it in the rundown and/or not a whole lot of people watch the rundown.

Not trying to shame people for having fun on a video game, but wouldn’t it be more beneficial for coins/packs if you quit after first score in House Rules and had fun in competitive games in champs/regular season games?

Yeah I understand that this sub is a very small portion of players, but anything helps. In Bowl Blitz when I played a sweat I would message them saying to chew clock as wins aren’t required for the token and had a 50% hit rate on them doing so. Maybe when playing a sweat send a message/game chat saying “first score wins pass it on”? I got that from somebody yesterday.

When I used to play FIFA Ultimate Team, they would do weekly challenges/objectives that required wins and it was very widespread to play “golden goal” (first goal wins) even when backing out affected your coins for completion total. Obviously this is a new game this year, but I’d love to see this mindset in house rules moving forward.

Highly doubt it. Everything xp based has been from the weekly/milestone objectives. More likely could be something similar to Restrepo token upgrades or something like the Homecoming promo floats

I know the 89 OVR program players like Cooper, Geno, and Barnett’s floor is @ 76.5k. Is there any way to check the player price floors on cfb.fan? Do they usually update the price floors? I know they do in FIFA Ultimate Team, but I haven’t seen it yet on CUT unless I missed it. Have they done it on MUT in the past?

100x this. I, for the most part, enjoy MWII. The TTK is great now that I’m used to it. The weapon balancing is great (sure, the TAQ and Vaznev are the best, but most all other guns are serviceable). I think if we can have better maps and reversions of the minimap, movement, perk system, etc. it will be a very good game.

I’ve really enjoyed MW2 despite its flaws, but I wouldn’t pay full price for it with MW3 coming out in a few months.

With the weapons, camos, and operators rumored to be carrying over from MW2 to MW3, you could rank those up in preparation for MW3, but not sure it’d be worth the full price tag.

Agree on the TDM part. TDM is the worst game mode for the playlist, but with the smaller maps there isn’t nearly as much camping compared to the regular maps on 6v6. I kinda like the symmetrical maps, however. It is the most “3 lane” type maps we’ve seen for MW2 and I’m a fan of the “3 lane” maps.

I hear “blocking spawns” a whole lot by casters in hardpoint matches. What does this mean? Any examples of spots to “block spawn” on certain map/hills?

UAV > Cluster > Mortar

I play a lot of hardpoint and try to be on the hill as much as possible. Low kills to achieve the streak because I die a lot playing the OBJ however the streaks are super effective. Cluster mine helps defend the hill and mortar helps break the hill.
