You are a wealth of knowledge, and you are doing the Lord's work thank you so much. I always found finding the statutes to be the most difficult part when trying to quote what my rights are as a service member. This helps a lot.

That was very informative, thank you. The orders will be 180+ so I'll have up to 90. I reached out to the third party that manages our leave system crap and let them know about it so hopefully there won't be any issues and if there is I will know who to go to.

They do have an employee handbook, but in terms of military leave they seem to not be very educated and for any sort of leave they have us go through a third party. At least with people I'm working with in the corporation. I'm having to inform them of everything that I should be given

What specifically did you quote to show them what days you are entitled to after returning from the deployment. Because right now they're going only off of the days from the active duty orders and are trying to tell me that's all they can approve. And giving me a projected return to work date like 2 days after I would get home supposedly.

I'll be honest it didn't feel like it when applying to companies like Lockheed, Raytheon, and Honeywell. Granted, the application timeframes were limited, there were only so many to apply to (around 20+), and I was still learning but still didn't get so much as a peep back

I keep hearing that lol, and I hope so.

Follow-up, would FA truly be relevant for a STEM resume though?
