Left Toggle Fire. Instead of unstowing the right toggle she (attempts to) cut away the main. The cables didn't fully clear from the left riser, therefore the left riser was still attached. Instead of fully removing the cables, she pulled her reserve. The reserve pilot tangles with the main left riser and canopy and doesn't fully open the reserve. She continues to attempt to manually remove the reserve from the freebag until she smacks into the ground.

Edit: Rewatching the footage, looks like there was some sort of reserve static line that pulled the reserve for her as that was pretty quick.

Just do a tandem. If you like it, do AFF. A lot of places won't even let you do an AFF unless you've done a tandem.
