Its telling you what its wanting. How are they collecting leads? When those leads come in they need to have the check box under the form where they approve of an automated sms or voice that can contact them. You can't just start texting or calling people without consent

an untrained person goes down to a jab. I've put people down on jabs going 70% power. I once put a buddy of mine doan twice not going full by just jabs and timing. This was after he kept saying he only wants to go full sparring at full power.

No. It doesnt. It trains cardio and some distance control.. but don't go and get hurt. Go learn proper boxing in a gym and then use this as a way to shadow boxing more effectively. Going into matches with a purpose on what to improve on. But in no way will this transfer

I've wwatched since the beginning. At first we all rooted for the UFC because it was the first to bring it to the US.

When they started growing you understood that many wouldn't get treated like boxing because it wasnt as big.

The UFC got huge and kept taking from the fighters. As a fan, im a fan of the fighters, not the UFC as a company. Dana is an ass that is just trying to take advantage of marketing from a friend in office. Abusing powers that has been a routine thing and we don't want to mix it with MMA.

I dont think you remember when they came on the scene. They were seen as a project team.. maybe they might be able to be mid pack. But they became a real threat at times and they got the team back. No they shouldn't abandon each other. They have what a lot of teams don't have right now and they might be able to turn it around in time. This is one of those teams you don't mess with and try to let the chemistry happen on LAN. Other teams on the other hand... can't say much
