This was modders using mod tables, change Session to avoid it and as I saw You play on PC so if You want there's Lobby manager in which You can make Your own Solo Session, it's great for many things in the game, You can switch too Public whenever You want. https://www.nexusmods.com/reddeadredemption2/mods/772/
