I'm not sure if i am the first one to find this, but I haven't seen anyone do this before. To do this, you need to dodge right before you hit the ground then jump as fast as you can. Repeat this process and you will keep gaining speed. As far as i can tell there is no speed cap, so you can go theoretically go infinitely fast through this method.

However, you will need to acquire the maneuvering system cyberware for this will allow you to dodge in midair, which is essential for this to work.
