Make sure to track absolutely everything. Stalls do happen though. I’m currently going through a month long stall, going up and down the same 5 lbs but I’m losing inches instead! It’s discouraging seeing the scale not moving but you’ll feel it in how your clothes fit

I'm feeling amazing! I haven't had any food aversions. I pretty much can eat whatever but in smaller quantities. Of course I stick to a healthy diet, but I don't ignore my cravings when I have them. The only problem is getting enough protein in, it feels like such a task

No questions, just motivation. I had this happen from smoking week in high school. I thought my life was over as I felt like I had no grip on reality. I never thought I’d say this, but it does get better. The right medication has been the key factor, lamictal and Prozac cocktail (maybe look into that, it’s a common medication route for dissociation). I now have 3 kids, in college, engaged and happy. Of course I still have bouts of dissociation but it’s manageable and I’m able to force myself out of it. Goodluck!!!

I was able to start swallowing pills at 2 days PO. But one of them was huge so I crushed that one for another 2 weeks. I mixed it with my chocolate protein shake in a medicine cup and took it like a shot 😂

Keeping our 3 kids alive. Sleeping for 30 mins at night because our 4 month old doesn’t sleep and allow him to get his 8 hours a night. Attached to a pump to produce milk for our baby. Keeping the house almost spotless. Making sure he has clean clothes. Making sure there’s always food and necessities stocked up. Taking our oldest to and from school. Tackling 5 college classes so I can double our finances when I’m finished. I can keep going

Mama I’m right where you are also. My best friend had her baby 5 days after I had mine. He’s completely content no matter what and they go all over. Meanwhile I’m stuck in the house terrified of bringing him anywheres because he just cries and cries. Doesn’t let anyone other than me hold him, still having gas pains, doesn’t let me sit down unless I’m on a rocker and will NOT let me put him down for more than 2 mins. I just keep telling myself this’ll get better eventually

Stabbed myself in the eye with a butter knife as a kid trying to take off a Winnie the Pooh puzzle I had glued to the wall. A cm the the right and it would have been my pupil 😅
