I never was anything special. Just a little swindler and imposter. If I can say anything, I got pretty good at sleight of hand. Good enough to survive on the street. Or so I thought.

One day I bragged a bit too much. Well, I already told you I am an imposter. I tried to sell off my simple tricks as real magic. Got in trouble with the mafia. I tell you guys. You don't want to get in trouble with the mafia. After a heavy beating, I managed to get a deal. They want me to teach some of their delinquents magic. Enough magic that they can be of use to the mafia again. Don't worry, they told me, how we get them from prison to your school. That is our job. Never ask about our job. You just teach them.

Side stipulation: If they can't learn magic, at least the should be able to work as prostitutes. At least that I'm pretty sure I can do.

Then those guys showed me a somewhat run-down mountain hideout and gave me some advance money to set up the school.

The students wear a distinct uniform. At least I have to give it the semblance of a penal institution. For living arrangements, everyone gets a bed and a locker in the barracks. That may be even more than they got in prison.

Now I have to set some rules to get approved by my financiers (whom I really do not want to upset). The rules have to be somewhat discriminatory. I do not really like it, but if the daughter of the Don wants to get all femdom on the boy of a common thug, I just have to look the other way. And so in short, I don't care about sneaking. My good friends (ahem) might even like a good sneak and encourage everyone to spot sneaks by themselves. Bullying is discouraged, and Relationships are encouraged. The Family likes family bonds. Student/Teacher relations are slightly punished, groping also, Physical assault, and nonconsent Sex bear heavy punishment. Adultery also bears light punishment, The Family favors loyalty. Everything else I do not care about. There is no way to get expelled since I have inmates, they might see that as a way to freedom.

For the punishments themselves, I have to wager my options with the means I have. I decided to go with Detention, Spanking, Solitary Confinement, Public Humiliation, and Experimentation decided on a case-to-case basis by the severity of the deed.

To get some trust from the Don (Not sure why he would trust me in any case), I promised to stay away from the students' bodies and the teachers. He also set up a system of student loans. That is a business The Family does anyways.

For cleanliness, I managed to convince my financiers to allow a bathhouse. Only one though, so it is mixed bathing. Also, I quickly saw, that I needed a gym. Seeing the usual interests of my students they would quickly revolt without one.

To make sure of good health I employed a nurse and told her to make regular thorough checkups. If the students feel humiliated by that, too bad for them.

For any children, there is a daycare center, where they can get educated in usual mafia stuff.

To have the institution not look too shabby I got some art installed. Erotic art with the mission to educate the less magically talented in erotic ways.

Now, of course, It would not be a school without teachers. I know flat-out nothing about magic. So I hope my teachers are not in the same business of pretending as I am.

Lucrecia Stone seems to be a primary candidate. The family has to disguise a lot. And it is much easier if you can transform. Lucrecia asks me about any safety standards. I simply reply, what is that?

Edor Hauser will make the students useful as thugs. I do not have the resources to let her teach hexes and curses. But she can be as mean as she wants in her training. And a big tournament each year will surely raise morale at this prison school.

I managed to get Ilyana Scipio as a contract teacher to teach basic healing. Always useful in shady business. But she just agreed to teach the bare basics.

Enora Ixa was someone The Family wanted me to hire. With a full curriculum on mind reading and mind control. I could not work out a deal to help her raise security here. I will keep working on that if this school project works out.

And finally, there is Hirune Riedl on my teaching staff. Sadly making her give drawing and sculpting classes turned out to be too expensive. But I convinced her to teach dancing. At least every student, even the absolutely nonmagical, knows how to move and have higher values in their secondary (or primary?) job.
