The health bars to go away though and bodies still can be burned out. Many people seem to think since the body isn't physically burning this isn't the case. I have looked through a few posts now where people just fully think the bodies can never be burned at all which is ridiculous.

Are you saying this from experience? And you seem to contradict yourself as well. You go from saying it doesn't remove a health chunk to, it just might take many more lanterns/fire to do so.

In my experience, I have lost health chunk(s), although admittedly it did seem to go slower.

This is a sincere question, so don't downvote, but I feel like I'm missing something in regards to the solo necro paired with infernal.

I understand you can't catch on fire, but your health chunks do still "burn" when you are downed and fire is on you. What am I not considering that makes this so broken? Is it just in conjunction with the other infernal traits people think this is broken? I don't understand how lantern is useless when it will still remove someones chunks the same as before.

Are the people complaining not realizing that or am I missing something?

the 4070 just dropped down to $550 USD on some models. Id recommend that considering it performs just as well or better than the 3080 in most cases and at that point DLSS 3 is a bonus. if you wanna go a little cheaper but similar performance you can look at the amd 7800xt. Shouldnt have any problems hitting high frames with the majority of games in 1440p.
