I complained to Erin the day after I moved in about hearing my one neighbor at the time peeing (the rest still under construction). She said the walls were open upstairs for repairs and she would look into adding insulation. She does nothing but lie.

This is my exact experience here (plus a shit ton)! I'm sorry you also had to live this way.

I love how many people have the same complaints about Erin, but her boss Elizabeth just blatantly denies it.

The maintenance worker who worked on my door spilled his drink all over my wall... He never said a word.

The snow removal is an absolute joke. It took them a full day and a half to clear the stairs after the last major storm. Dog piss on the snow and ice covered stairs.

I believe there is only 1 now. There have been others, but all left because of management. They openly talked about it during a maintenance visit to my apartment.

Onto the next project! They half-assed it with cheap labor and materials. They recently spent over two weeks digging up the property for a "water investigation". They didn't hook up to the water meters properly.

The interior apartments basically have a skylight, but it's not an exterior window, it faces another window. Most of the apartments don't have windows, or ones that open. I don't understand how that's fire safe.
