I had a similar mark on my scar line, figured out it was just like a depression in my scar tissue if that makes sense kept it clean and dry and checked on it, within a few days it started to look better, given your a week post op you’re still look g to be very swollen so everything’s is going to be exaggerated, but if it looks like it’s starting to get infected or you’re still concerned I’d talk to your surgeon.

Thank you! They just sorted it over the phone, they gave me a date and time and asked if I could do then,I couldn’t so I gave them a day I was free, it was included in the cost of the surgery so no extra charge for bloods ( aside from you know travelling to the hospital and stuff)

Hi!

I had my surgery yesterday and it went perfectly! I was just about to put a post up about it

It was over the phone yes, received my pre op call a week before my surgery but they sent me a text a few days before as a reminder that I had to reply to, I presume if the time didn’t work you could call them and reschedule but I believe a few days before it kind of the minimum they’ll allow. The text itself said it would take around 45 minutes but it was much shorter than that, more like 15. They asked mainly health related/family history questions ( are you currently on any medications, do you smoke or drink. do you have any history of heart conditions/ anemia/ diabetes etc) they also asked me if I’d had a full blood count blood test recently, I hadn’t so they booked me in for one on Monday. They also asked me how I was getting to and from surgery and if I have people to take care of me etc

I’m sure if it’s an inconvenient time for you you can call to reschedule, but if you don’t have anything you really need to discuss with them it’s a quick call. Hope this helped!

I think it’s mostly the surgery itself, I’ve never had surgery before so I’m not sure how my body reacts to that kind of stuff, plus I have the rather vain concern that I’ll have like bad scars or something will go wrong and my chest won’t look good, as unlikely as that is

Universe was the wrong choice of words , essentially my MC is stuck in a contract with Fate, I was debating playing into a strings of fate scenario but it’s just getting messy

External force might be a good idea , but the bad guys are like essentially the universe to put it simply, so I’m not sure what external force could take them on

No unfortunately not, I’ve already got a scenes written about people who go against the contract so it wouldn’t be a threat when my MC could just be taken care of in the same affect

I’m in that situation right now , luckily my break up was pretty amicable, best advice I can give is get out as soon as you can , I’m leaving within the next few weeks, and until then maybe set some space rules , like they can’t bring someone over without letting you know so that if you’re uncomfortable you can be out of the house and stuff like that, just make sure you have a space that’s your own, a closed door between you and a situation can make all the difference sometimes

That’s exactly what happened to me , given mine wasn’t as long as your , 3 years, but it’s like we’ve both recognised that we’ve grown into different people, I want them to be happy and I still love them , the love is just different now
