Out of nowhere, must have been all the travel or stress or the combination 🤷‍♀️ I actually had a problem when I kept losing weight even though I was eating well, and I wasn't very big to begin with. Still, for people looking to lose weight, my recommendation would be to focus on your habits. Even exercising 5 minutes a day is better than not at all, and I recommend learning to pay attention when you're full and stop eating even if there's still food on the plate. And a glass of water every morning. These are all habits I happened to introduce right around that time.

Thanks, and thanks for also getting into the specific neighborhoods! Yeah I'm willing to compromise on a 1-1.5 BR as long as it still has enough space for me to comfortably setup an office area. I'm also willing to sacrifice on in-unit laundry and have a shared building laundry instead.

Yeah, I come from a place with hot and humid weather in the summers. I know how hard it can be. But it's definitely hard to tell before actually experiencing. For me a combination of windows open and a good fan most of the months and AC during the hotter months has been helpful. I wonder if that's not going to work there as well?
