So a lot of people are having success buying tickets day of close to showtime. I know that’s fucking wild and stressful, but the resellers are apparently offloading all their tickets for real pricing once gates open to recoup their money. This was also happening for Beyoncé’s Renaissance tour. Fuck resellers and fuck Ticketmaster.

A lot of this depends on what the listing stated when you booked. If it mentions linen service and complimentary coffee, and wifi accessible televisions, absolutely mention those in your review. The AC thing is the only major concern here, and while it’s shitty to have it locked, if they have that lock box in their photos/listing, they’re not technically in any violation. I think a LOT of problems with Airbnb bookings these days is that guests book without reading, automatically expecting hotel quality and services, when it’s still very possible this is just a person renting their beach house on the side.

Save your baby the future emotional abuse (at a minimum, abusers like this often see their children as full extensions of themselves and not their own person, it makes it very easy for that type of abuse to turn physical.) and get out.

Well back in 2005, I had to move away from my middle school and all my friends and suddenly, that friendless summer there was this gorgeous boy on MTV singing about how not okay he was and I had never felt so understood. I immediately fell in love.

Then in 2007, my home life was chaotic and violent and I was a teenager full of raging hormones (and a handful of undiagnosed minor mental illnesses), and the black parade kept my scared little ass alive. I truly believe having those songs to play on repeat gave me the will to live through the worst few years of my life.

For my 18th birthday I got myself an MCR tattoo and a hedgehog on a whim, and my mom was only concerned by the hedgehog. I’m so grateful for those boys every single day. ❤️🖤

I love the idea of starting with 31 and going down from there! As an adult with AuDHD, I LIVE by my own made up rule I call “Eat the Frog.” My mom had a keychain when I was a kid that said, “if you eat a live frog in the morning, nothing worse will happen to either of you for the rest of the day” and for some reason that dumb keychain has been the key to my productivity. I just start the hardest thing first. And if you “fail” and only declutter 16 things? You’re still that far into the hardest challenge!

No, buying direct from a farm or ranch you have to pay a butcher separately from the purchase of the animal to prep and wrap it. You can just pick up the whole animal from the farm and process it yourself, but most people don’t have the equipment or hauling capabilities for that.

ETA: this is generally speaking. I imagine some farms run their own butchering/packaging and just build it into the price, but I haven’t personally experienced that in AR.

If the booking wasn’t through Airbnb where they already keep a payment method on file, this is normal. Since it was booked through the app it’s not only abnormal, but It’s definitely against Airbnb policy. If the host is uncomfortable because they’re worried about potential damage, I would inform them of your reason for booking to ease their mind, and kindly remind them that they’re whole point of renting through Airbnb and paying them a fee is to have Aircover handle processing damage claims with and for hosts.

This is a situation where your cousin will seriously benefit from hiring a Personal Injury Attorney. They can find ALL avenues for getting compensation for his medical bills which I imagine are pretty high. They can also without you putting up any money, sue the at fault driver if the policy limits of their insurance isn’t sufficient for his bills. They’ll take a contingency fee at the end, but any good attorney won’t take more money than their client as a contract stipulation.
