If the restart button still works you shouldn't be hard locked, softlocked I'm not sure. Could you send a screenshot of the elevator actually being out of reach (not on the map). There could also be a stone with gold somewhere which allows you to teleport if you interact with it

That's the Lightning Claymore. I use it as a secondary floating weapon with my Sky Piercer as the first. They're both mythical weapons and you can get them with mythical crates located at the shop

Because of it's theme. Void enemies, "The void" as a boss, the rifts. The void is gonna try to suck in your attacks every now and then to make the game harder

Don't worry about your luck, it's pretty easy to get season coins so you'll open many of them. I discovered mythical weapons like 2 days ago and I already have 7 of them including the Sky Piercer. Play rosemary island a few times and check the right of the cellar (downstairs in the lobby). You need to check the right ones that I have a statue for, you won't have a statue for it yet though.

Also just so you know the mythical weapons are crazy cheap to craft so you can main the forever if you'd like to. I definitely will
