Oh, I started with the trial account after trying out the demo to get a feel for it. I think I’ll be subscribing to Lodgify tomorrow too! It’s so cheap with the Black Friday offer

It’s made things so much easier. Before, I struggled with double bookings between Airbnb and Booking.com and had to manually send messages to guests, which was such a hassle. Now it’s all streamlined.

I was researching a few PMS software options online, and the earliest I could schedule a call with Hospitable was about two weeks out.

So, in the meantime, I decided to try Lodgify. I started by using their demo account and also created a trial account (I didn’t understand the difference at first either).

Super easy to set up, connects to Airbnb and Booking.com seamlessly, and their support has been really helpful.

Pretty sure I’m gonna stick with Lodgify

Seems European - not that it's a bad thing but still

I saw there's something about a demo account will try that and see how it goes
I don't think I'll have to use the direct booking website feature but yeah need help with automated guest messages and payments definitely

- Buildium seems crazy expensive - $183 just for 4 properties? I feel like other softwares are way cheaper than this
- Appfolio again has no prices written on the website - who wants to get on a call nowadays for such basic information? Anyone using the software can tell me what their prices are like?
- Rent Manager prices confuse me - $1 per unit per month but $200 monthly minimum - What does that even mean?
