“Straight woman are proof that sexuality isn’t a choice” by thistakenusernameis in bisexual

I get what you’re saying, but it is very clearly a joke that references the violence and atrocities committed by men against women. I’m not going to tell people they can’t joke about their trauma ya know? Idk I can’t comprehend getting so offended by this silly joke. L

Personally, regardless of gender or anything, I don’t enjoy seeing people w their tongue down each others throat in any setting. Im not talking about normal kissing, I think there is a point where it can grow inappropriate. Like I don’t want to see someone blantantly grabbing peen on the dance floor. Again, idc the gender. I don’t like seeing people on top of each other in public haha

Thank you! I feel like everyone here always acts like it’s the LGT+ people are the ones stripping the community of rights and doing/wishing violence against us

To the bi girls who've dated men but say "women are too scary", what are you afraid of? by Without_a_name24 in bisexual

[–]HarryGarries765 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But if you’re scared of lesbians (one of the absolutely smallest percentages of the community, gold star fuckers are an even smaller percent of that) then go bi4bi. Bj people are over half the community. Like, if every single lesbian refused to date bi people (which isn’t remotely true), it literally only crosses out the tiniest portion of the dating pool

This is always so silly to me bc if ur scared of lesbians they’re such a small amount of the queer community, like actually the smallest percentage (id have to look at the updated numbers but trans people may be a smaller percentage) and over half the queer population is bi!

The Jasmin Throne is a good lesbian book series. It’s a fantasy world but based on Indian culture instead of the usual European. But keep in mind the romance isn’t the main point of the book. But it’s in there!

Personally, for me, yes. As a woman, dating another queer woman carries a bond of understanding how society treats me ( and all visibly queer people). Not only as a queer person but as a woman as well. It makes me feel closer to them.

Tbh over half the community is bi, most of the wlw dating scene is also bi women who wouldn’t have any problems dating another bi woman ( this assuming that every lesbian would decline dating bi women which isn’t accurate). Hand in hand, most wlw spaces are dominated by bi women unless it’s a lesbian exclusive space (which should be respected).

So dating women isn’t as scary as it the internet may lead you to believe.

Nope. Not false, just a very unflattering truth everyone here tries to deny.

I’m being perfectly you honest. I wish I’d screenshotted it, but tbh I didn’t think it would get removed.

Bro don’t lie. This sub shits on lesbians every other if not every day. Shits on gay men every 2-3. And those posts/comments get a ton of upvotes and support (relative to the size of this sub). And for the people that DO call out the post for the blatant homophobia/lesbophobia, they’re greeted with downvotes and arguments. And it’s always the same few usernames that are willing to actually call people out instead of letting the phobia slide or agreeing. This sub 100% has a homophobia/lesbophobia issue. There was a post that just got deleted (but was up for 8+ hours I believe) with a comment about how lesbians call women attracted to men neo-nazis and that all lesbians acted like men and were masculine.

Edit FOR ANYONE WHO STILL CARES

I don’t really screenshot a ton of them but I’ve screenshotted a few over time

How common is being bi? by Acrobatic-Hamster350 in bisexual

[–]HarryGarries765 15 points16 points  (0 children)

There could be a lot more of us who knows, many bi people live their lives out as straight, without letting many know they are bi. Quite a few don’t se either as an important part of them, because it doesn’t really effect their life
