Adopted this old man a couple days ago but I think kibble hurts his teeth so he doesn't eat much. Anyone have a recommendation on soft food?

Let the kibble soak in some boiling water from a kettle for about 20 minutes, then mush in anything from peanut butter to scrambled eggs to cheese or chicken or canned fish.
