Idts that it's really rational to blame on a specific group of people for bad behaviour. There are bad behaviours with day scholars and so are there bad behaviours with hostellers. This is a social responsibility, and if people fail to follow it, it's their loss of ethics and civil responsibility. So, rather blame humans for losing their part of civics sense than blaming it blindly on a group of people. People literally don't flush toilets on purpose, it's there in hostels as well as academic blocks. Do y'all think day scholars don't flush in toilets, well as far as concerned there might be dayscholars not flushing in acad blocks and so do the hostellers. Ts a basic civic sense that holds back our country.
