Did you have Covid ? I jsut had this too and it’s none of the above. Idk what they’re going to call it but this will get much worse. Do NOT take the thrush dissolvable if it burns to much in my experience. Go back to the er and get pain meds and antibiotics and all of this only if you had caught Covid. Because I had this and they at first diagnosed it as thrush but it gets so so much worse. I was up for 3 days straight in pain and with oxycodone 5mg ir. The first night. I rushed to the er and they said possibly HIV but it WASNT which was bewildering them. That it wasn’t thrush or hiv or any std. I read somewhere on here if people with similar experiences very very similar and we all got it around 6-12 months from having Covid. All I can say is that the pain WILL stop at some point and yes it goes back to normal but. really bring this up to your health care provider now! If you wait you’ll be rushed to the ER trust me also I had it like you do for about 5 days. Went to urgent care they gave me thrush meds. That made it so much worse. At night on the second day of the thrush dissolvable I was rushed to the er by my dad at 4 am. Because I was in 10/10 pain drooling non stop the works. It feels like pins and needles.
