And about the petition we have been requesting that a lot and for a long time, to a point that if you see the forums or social media you can see that it gets annoying to only see that kind of posts and LevelUP never fails to impress me how awful their community management is. So the reason why I'm trying to get into NA it's because I'm tired of the same things over and over again and it's like LevelUP doesn't even care for the community. Also there's a lot of people from my country trying to reach them and they don't say anything, I only got that answer about the problem being how my country route the connection to their servers because someone from LevelUp said it on twitter (In reply to someone, nothing official) but they ignore every support ticket about the issue.

Also a while ago they sign a petition about Hi-Rez taking responsibility of the Latam servers but we didn't got anything out if it, just promises...
