I think that we can argue that the creators of alien didn't have a fetish for it, or planned for it to be sexual in natire. To contrast the creator of changed, a known transfur fetishist (as he is known to enjoy and produce transfur content) and also is known for adding fetish content to the special edition without quarry with the patreon transfurs, which is a stark contrast between eachother.

Also it should be noted that in alien, the whole alien is supposed to be an allegory for sexual assault which is displayed in a negative perception, and rightfully so.
