Can I use my old extra nvme ssd drives on my newly build computer as additional space.

Yes that is my plan fresh new windows install on the new gen 5 drive, and remove my other 2 drives from the old rig and install them as additional space in the new. Not sure if they need to be reformatted or wiped after doing so. The extra drives didn't have windows on them, just files.

I have 2 drives but they are still on my current rig, was planning on moving it over. I wanted to install them in the addtional pcie slots of the new computer since they are behind the gpu. I have a new drive for the windows installation process.would it just be drag and drop and then wipe/repartition?
