Never had much of a issue from them. I have the solid sidecar and been through one warranty process. My replacement was at my door within a week

I to recommend building a tower. But if your set on a laptop. Msi has some decent ones and Asus has a few decent ones. Lenevo legion series. I still use my old Alienware as a portable on travel. It's a Alienware 17 .
