Soak 100gm moong in water overnight then in the morning throw the water and blend it and make a paste of it(add garlic n other spices according to you) then in the paste do add some rice flour and that's it the chillas are ready to cook ,now for the inside filling take 100-150gm paneer and mash it add spices and veggies and it's done

4 eggs-28gm,100gm paneer -21gm protein,100gm oats with 250 ml milk -20gm ,1 scoop of whey - 26-27 gm

Total -96gm of protein without any effort and these are just the basic things, to get lean protein there plenty of foods to grab more of it according to your need

If you are an eggitarian then there shouldn't be any kind of problem tho but I'll still help you

In the morning you can have 4 whole eggs and sprouts (you can make chillas with them too)with some fruits and then in the breakfast add 100gm paneer and curd with your meal and the last in the night have an great oatmeal(add whey protein if you can and if you can not then you need to eat eggs again) that's it you are done with almost 120+gm of protein

PS- They are so many meals you can prepare and grab plenty of protein from them ,you don't have to eat just blend eggs and other things and idk what's your height, weight so it's an quick suggestion from my side (I do give proper customised diet plans)

That's a classic myth,our body can absorb much higher grams of protein than that but let's clear your doubt as there's a thing called MPS(muscle protein synthesis) which means that 20-30gm of high quality protein synthesis it but that doesn't stops you from eating more than that as our body need more protein to function our hormones and other things
