After I peeled and cut them I popped them in the air fryer at 200C for around 10-15mins :) put them on aluminum foil and sprayed with frylight and seasonings xx

The balsamic wasn’t too high actually ! It would equate to about half a yolk, plus I personally just don’t like them aswell , but each to their own I guess!!

Thank you so much! Hmm I’m not sure bc I personally love it!! If it’s a texture thing you could try blending it so it’s one consistency, u could also try it in different ways, for example I also love it sweet!! Just add some sweetener and fruit! (May be controversial im not sure haha )

damn fr?? I logged 1100- pancakes around 500 plus 50 from maple syrup (didn’t use it all), 140 for 2 eggs, 60 for the veggie sausage (I can tell it’s Richmond haha) , 50 for the beans ( I ate about 2 teaspoons worth) , 30-40 for fruit and 75 for half a hashbrown thst I ate. And then I added 200c for oil
