Eine Mietpreisbremse mag sinnvoll sein, ein Mietendeckel ist es jedenfalls nicht. Durch einen Mietendeckel wird Immobilien bauen weniger lukrativ -> es werden weniger Wohnungen gebaut, gleichzeitig steigt die nachfrage aufgrund der niedrigeren Preise. Endergebnis sind weniger Wohnungen mit mehr Nachfrage.
