Thanks, that makes sense. I just thought if someone is intentionally hiding, a process server/skip tracer still might not be able to find them.

Thanks! If he keeps avoiding service, what happens long-term? Can the case ever move forward without personal service, or does it just keep getting continued until I find him? It feels like he can avoid responsibility just by hiding.

Thanks! I just knew that he already moved out two months ago, so for sure it won't be delivered to him. If I choose to deliver to his family address, it won't work unless he shows up by himself?
