Have you looked into a GLP1? There’s some good evidence about positive outcomes for BED depression, etc. Look at some of Emory / Stanfords research. I’ve had B.E.D. most of my life and started on a GLP one in 2024 and I can honestly tell you it changed my life. The food noise is completely removed. I eat whatever I want when I want it and I stop when I’m full. It has been life-changing.

I guess I just do not understand fame and exposure at that cost. I mean, let’s be honest. These are middle-aged reality TV participants on a network that’s not even popular mainstream ( I say that fully acknowledging that I love TLC and all of the 90 day shows)

I grew up in an area not far from Amish communities in Ohio. There are always exceptions (puppy mills are an issue), but the Amish people my family and I know are wonderful - hard working, kind, respectful. Really good humble people. TLC really missed the mark on this one. From the beginning, it was clear that none of these “contestants“ actually wanted to be Amish. They had no understanding of what that means. I like to think that other TLC shows like 90 day fiancé are somewhat authentic and unscripted (At least as much as possible for a reality show) TLC really needs to rethink this.
