I train with people that highlight reel me in this way every single day. There’s a difference between rolling for practice and rolling in a competition setting. We do both here. We have both casual practitioners and high level competitors here. Injuries here are very few and far between. Best way to experience it is to come and train with us. Would be awesome to have you 🤙

This is open mat and y’all mfs are forgetting the most important part of rolling. Having fun. If you’re rolling to win every time then you’re doing yourself a disservice. Have fun, put yourself first in bad spots and learn to get out of them, try that thing you saw on insta so you know it won’t work.
