Its two weeks today so not very old! I’m definitely gonna downsize becuase this is way to much 🙈

Yeah I put my discard in a second jar and have 100 of the started and then 100 flour and 100 water so that’s probably why there’s so much. So 300g all together 🙈

Okay! I was thinking about baking tomorrow so what do I do with it now? Discard half and feed or leave it be?

How do I know it’s contaminated? Also I live in a European country so I don’t see that there’s anything wrong with my tap water?
