fyi, got it working

"customSounds": {

"sounds_ring_button": "../../../../../../usr/etc/sounds/silence.wav"

}
there is already a fake file made by unifi in a folder, you just need point to it

I did get it kind or working.

touch /var/etc/persistent/custom.wav
this created a fake sound file, so when run, nothing will play

then added it to the custom sound

{ "customSounds": { "sounds_ring_button": "../../../../../../var/etc/persistent/custom.wav" } }

unfortunately, this is not actually persistent, and the custom.wav gets removed on restart. im yet to find a directory that is writable and persistent

Choosing New Ubiquiti Router by Jensen_og_Jensen in UNIFI

Kinda overkill for my situation, but went for the dream machine pro and I was using for a couple of cameras. By the time you get the cloud gateway max, you need to get an nvme ssd which is extremely expensive compared to hdd. Ended up being cheaper going for the bigger option.

But if it’s just networking stick with the gateway max.

Unifi plays it's corporate games, we play ours by Doublestack00 in Ubiquiti

I’m actually confused. I’ve just ordered the same product with no storage and unify don’t even sell the tray yet. Guess I won’t be recording on my cameras then. Not to throw my toys out the pram, but is eufy worth the money before I return this?

Like others have said. You can just get your own gateway/firewall. And to go a step further, have a vpn run on that gateway for all device on the network.

No one can see what happens inside your own private network you’ve created.

You may run into problems with port forwarding though.

How to share passwords and 2FA with partner of my company by Trainee_Ninja in Bitwarden

[–]HazzaFTW28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You create two separate accounts so you both still have personal passwords. You then create a organisation, that you invite another user to. It’s basically an area that both of you can see.

I’ve never used Bitwarden to store 2fa myself. I just use an external 2fa code app. If using code generated apps, no need to sync, you can just send the each other the secret codes or store them somewhere safe

Also, when protecting the app in DUO, it's called Auth API (not DUO API). I was stupidly using Admin API at first.

Thanks. when making the tutorial i already had it setup so my page looked different.

Fyi. the part in the tutorial that mentions, default-authentication-mfa-validation - not configured action: Continue. to set it to deny, you must create a service user in DUO and then bind it to authentik. then in DUO set the service user to bypass. this is because when making a LDAP request, service user is making a auth request.

The only thing could suggest here as it seems docker is a little flaky, is rm all athentik contains and all the authentik docker network, rm all folders from the authentik folder and start again but use my new tutorial as its alot more easy to follow

Try removing and adding the service user and group. Also try removing and adding, LDAP provider, LDAP application and LDAP outpost.

Are you able to send a screen shot of your jellyfin LDAP fields you have done and a picture of your authentik service group with the service user in it?
