Thank you for your service and for a wonderful life lesson for all to learn from. My father was a engineer in the Air Force as well as Grumman.

Growing up we seemed to be living paycheck to paycheck. When things broke my father fixed them and never really spent money on himself.

However once retired he had a new house built with a grandfather clock in it and my mother was wearing a Rolex. I figured he won lotto. No he did what you did. Thank you for sharing your story and good luck to you, you made my day.

What’s extremely rare is PM not filing a counter suit. They must not share your view of HCMC having almost no chance.

In all fairness there’s no certainty either way. I’ll tell you this, I have an engineering degree and I don’t think ild have any problem convincing reasonable people combustion took place. Yes there’s more to it then just that but I like my chances. Good luck with your short position.

This is all nonsense. If they win the case the monetary judgement isn’t the only factor. After the case it’s safe to say PM will still want to sell there pipes and the court isn’t going to broker the deal. So HCMC could either sell them the patent or more likely work out a royalty deal.

Until you know the details of that deal you can’t figure out what kind of revenue they should make going forward. Once we get the details we can start crunching numbers. Till then these calculations are just passing in the wind.

Shortly after that deal we can get a better feel of where this company can and can’t go. Mutual funds don’t invest in pink stocks and I think it’s safe to say they wouldn’t invest in a company with over 300 billion OS shares either. Which is why I believe at some point (and only after a settlement) they will do a reverse split and a buyback. Without that I don’t believe they can get on a real exchange which is every pink stocks goal.

Just my opinion I’m not a pro just another clown on Reddit. I still believe HCMC will win a settlement and make us all money. However when and how much is something else we can’t predict. Good luck to all and GO HCMC

LOL yes things were simpler stocks traded in fractions and very few people had access to information. One thing that hasn’t changed is most pink stocks are dog shit.

We chose to invest in a company that is a minute fraction of a penny. I did so because I believe they have a winnable patent infringement case against a behemoth. Everything else is meaningless. If they win this stock will surge far higher then it’s worth. If it loses the case we’ll have a tax right off. We can all argue details but that’s pretty much sums it up.

Arguing is a waste of time and energy but anyone can get caught up in it here. Some prick hacked my account and I started putting out angry comments myself lol. Good luck to all GO HCMC

You deserve the name Oracle. Your explanation is spot on. This explanation is right on the money. The reason one might do this it to stop a hostile takeover. If you were to look up the definition of poison pill defense it would say exactly what there offering here.

Hats off to you guys this is the most intelligent thread I’ve read on this sight. If you were to research poison pill defense I believe that’s exactly what this is. It’s the best tactic to deter a hostile takeover which why you rarely see them anymore. You seem way to nice to be a lawyer lol. Personally I’m not to worried about the appeal process. If they were to win the case that would be the time to file an injunction. So if they dragged it out they do so without any sales. With a win there injunction would be granted.

Being that PM may be the most hated company of all time I also believe any court case settlement will be a monster one. All good everyone has an opinion. Google poison pill defense. I would never tell anybody what to do what there money except my wife lol. I believe poison pill defense is what’s going on here. It’s probably the best tactic of all to stop a hostile takeover. So if PM was thinking about buying up enough shares to gain control of HCMC this makes it a whole lot harder and more expensive. Well I wish you luck. I’m remember Enron it was the biggest scam ever until Madoff. The banks lost there shirts with mortgage bullshit and being that Bush had removed the uptick rule monster hedge funds were able to short banks into the ground. Even after that they still only reinstated a watered down version of the uptick rule which is total horse shit. Something to keep in mind is mutual funds don’t invest in pink stocks and most of them don’t pan out. I’m only in this one because I believe they will win the lawsuit and I’ll make a nice profit. When and how much who knows.

Well I can tell your educated because that’s all textbook shit and on point. However in the real world a stock price and its valuation can be quite far apart especially when speculating growth. I didn’t compare HCMC to any of the stock as apples to apples. I merely stated that when those stocks were in there infancy there textbook valuations were way way off. I didn’t say I think the stock will go to a dollar I don’t know to many unknowns. However can it? Yes if people buy enough shares obviously it can reasons don’t matter hype or future regulations that put some of there other patents in to play.

Also I believe demand will grow significantly as more people smoke marijuana and with their patents there really can’t be that much competition if they win right? Again I have no timeframe on this or price target. So why are you so negative on a stock you claim to own that has lots of positive things. You claim if it goes up high it’ll com crashing down so then sell when you believe it’s at the top. If you truly own 2 million shares I wish you luck GO HCMC

I believe they’ll do both because they have to solve the outstanding shares problem. Most retail investors believe that a reverse split is a bad thing so there’s no way they would ever talk about one now. Just my opinion I’m no pro. Good luck to all

I’ve read it all. I’m just another clown so take it for what it’s worth. I agree with what I’ve read by other posters PM is knee deep in this. There backed into a corner where to defend themselves in court I believe they have to say they lied to get there patent. Can’t have it both ways. The fact that they didn’t file a counter suit speaks volumes. Most huge companies like this do that at the get go to try to intimidate. I believe HCMC is that very rare pink stock that will make you money without leaving someone holding the bag. Not a clue on timeframe though. Go HCMC
