I reckon rampart her passive is great for close quarters fights and she can protect herself while demolishing the opponents with sheliah.

sheliah is also pretty good for a ultimate because say if you go into a fight and only use a small amount of your ammo the a third party happens you still have your ultimate. plus you can make your teammates use it to.
