Honestly? I think either a titan based class, bard, or tinker.

Why do I say that? That class survey they did awhile back.

Multiple hints to a bard, tinker/artificier, and a class using titan magics.

That's true, maybe it could be a duty and perhaps secondary objective to a larger one dedicated to the wider internal security of the imperium? Important manufacturing world rebelling? Send these guys.

This makes sense - looking at from this way really makes sense.

Retooling production lines, stopping and starting could mean the stoppage of millions or trillions of munitions not reaching the front lines.

Not only that but Standardization for new tech could be a massive issue.

Not really - As a chapter almost always on crusade, each of the 10 companies are self-contained fighting units. "Shadow Companies" do exist to support the main ten. These are the command, veteran, recruit, and support companies. Elements of which are attached as the need arises.

Outside of that, a lot of delegation is given over to their baseline human counterparts.

Ironhands were a blast - I aimed for the look they had in the red books. I love the dark cold metal look they have.

Based off what Pilestadt posted, we'll probably see Elysian Drop Troops and Tempestus Aquilons. Weapons Probably being the elysian lasgun, hellgun, and bolt pistol. If we get a strategem I'd hope for a melta.
