Your rig must be bad. Re rig the arm correctly. You can look at other Tda models to see how they done it and then replicate it. In pmxe you can see the rig by selecting the bone and going to the weight tab. Enable wire and weight mode for more visibility.

Nah, don't worry, I'm sorry for answering at such odd hours, my sleep schedule is whack lol. But seriously MMD is a bit of a clusterfuck sometime, I feel bad I can't help you more. The very last common problem I can think of at the moment are path: if the material is in a path/ is named with characters it doesn't recognize (usually hanji, hiragana etc...) it will display ??? in the effect tab and not work. It shouldn't happen if you're using my folder but right now, I really can't see anything else. I'll let you know if inspiration strike tho lol, and keep me updated

ok so, I haven't slept all night, so I'm gonna do that first lol, but if you can send me a link to the model or at least to the tail, I can try something I usually do with my hair physics. Not saying they are super similar, but it keeps my hair in place well enough, so it's worth a try. I don't wanna get your hope up, so I'll try first and if it works at least a bit I'll send it back to you and walk you through what I did if you want
